The Parent Network
The Parent Network is an online tool, fully customized for each state, that provides families with meaningful and timely information about their children’s academic performance, with accompanying learning activities to help them advance.
At the heart of the Parent Network is the Personal Action Plan, a customized learning blueprint for each student.
First, there is a review of the student’s assessment data in ways that are meaningful for students and parents. Then there are suggestions for activities from the state or district, prepared specifically for that student based on Grow’s standards-based content and proprietary analyses of that child’s test performance.
Family learning activities are suggested—such as budgeting at the supermarket or making sense of road maps—that work easily into daily routines and are selected to precisely address each student's learning weakness.
Parents receive online updates with subsequent assessment results to track their children's educational progress as well as access to additional learning resources.
